Revolution Industrial does not store or have access to any credit card details entered online, the details you provide are hidden end to end by 256 Bit encryption. So what exactly does that mean? Well, no one can see your card details, all we see is if the transaction has been approved or not.
The Payment Gateway in use by Revolution Industrial has the following security features:
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response
- Your credit card cannot be viewed by us, or any outside party
- All transactions are performed under a 256 Bit SSL Certificate
- All transaction data is encrypted within our credit card processors bank-grade data centre
- All transactions are processed by an authorised third party processor for all the major Australian banks
Fraud Review Delay
All Revolution Industrial online orders are reviewed for fraud and suspicious activity. If you are a first-time customer to Revolution Industrial, or your payment has been identified by our payment partners as a potentially suspicious order, you will receive an email notification. Customer Service will then manually review your order. Your order will be delayed until we can confirm your identity and verify your order.
Rest assured, we would much rather cancel and refund an order that we are unable to 100% verify, instead of risking the security of a cardholder - we appreciate your understanding and assistance with combatting credit card fraud.
