Price Protection Guarantee (PPG)
At Revolution Industrial, we aim to provide our customers with the best possible prices.
When you purchase a product from us and that item goes on sale within 14 days for a lesser cost, we will credit you the difference* (Conditions Apply).
*Conditions of Eligibility & Use
- Items were purchased through the Revolution Industrial website (revolutionindustrial.com.au) or via phone.
- The difference between the initial purchase and the promotional price is at least $10.
- Credit will be provided in the form of a customer-specific, unique discount code, to the value of the eligible price variance.
- Customer must be logged in to redeem offer.
- Credit will expire 21 days from the date it is applied to your account and you are notified by email.
- Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Non Transferable or redeemable for cash.
- One time use only, can not be used over multiple orders.
- Excludes products with promotional or sale pricing.

Price Match Policy (PMP)
At Revolution Industrial, we stand by our prices.
Our Price Match Policy means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with an Australian competitor (even if it's on sale), we will match it!
Please note the following exclusions from our PMP:
- The price match is requested prior to purchase, via the Price Match Enquiry form on the product page.
- The identical product (same brand, part number, model/style) product is in stock and available for immediate sale by Revolution Industrial and the competitor
- Excludes bulk, trade, and commercial quantities
- A Revolution Industrial Team Member is able to verify the price and availability of the product
Revolution Industrial will not match the competitor's price if:
- It is below our cost price
- The conditions for Price Match (above) are not met
- The price does not include all delivery charges, GST, duties, and bonus offers/items
- The competitor's product is:
- a demonstration model, second hand or refurbished
- sourced from a store or supplier that has special conditions or trading limitations, such as Duty-Free stores, factory outlets, warehouses, clearance centres, or a business under an insolvency administration
- sourced from an unauthorised reseller
- sourced from a business or company not located in Australia
- The price is:
- an Online Only offer
- clearance of end of line sale
- a specially negotiated price or offer that is only available to a select group of people, such as a corporate rate, loyalty, subscriber or membership offer
discounted by means other than money, such as loyalty points, a discount voucher or coupon.
The Price Match Policy applies to orders placed via revolutionindustrial.com.au or phone only, excluding in-store, or on third-party marketplaces.
When a Price Match is agreed, no further discounts or promotional offers, such as Freebies, Shipping Discounts, or other will be given.
